Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Dang Photo Booth (the “Service”), operated by Dang Photo Booth (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a guardian).

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Your content

Photos and media captured through the booth belong to you and your event guests. We don’t claim ownership of them. You’re responsible for having the rights and consents needed for what you capture.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
